AMP Music Festival 2011

AMP Music Festival has been putting the spotlight on diversity in music since 2011.

Created by Silk Road Productions and based in San Diego, California, the AMP Music Festival's mission is to promote and support diverse talent in music, performing and visual arts, and other forms of entertainment that don't necessarily get "mainstream" media attention.

AMP Music Festival debuted in 2011, featuring 30 acts on two stages, from 12pm to 9pm, in San Diego. We were lucky to get George Takei to help us promote the first AMP Music Festival, as can be seen in the video below.

AMP Music Festival 2012

AMP Music Festival returned in 2012, this time with only one stage, continuing its mission of supporting diversity in music.

Though a shorter line up, the event featured many performances, including 321 Stereo, Sam Kang, Miscellaneous Ailments, and Paul Dateh.

AMP Music Festival 2013

In its third year, the AMP Music Festival had its final outdoor music event format and continued featuring up and coming musicians.

We were proud to present such performers as Terry Matsuoka, Jason Diego, Katriz Trinidad, and DANakaDAN!

AMP Music Festival 2014

The last AMP Music Festival to occur was a more intimate and exclusive event, moving from an outdoor event, to an exciting indoor celebration of diversity in music, spoken word poetry, and art.

In what was our last production, our line up featured Tribal Theory, No Reception, Paul Dateh, and many others!
